The cabin features 2 full baths, a small but very well furnished kitchen (full size appliances, all cookware, dishes, etc), a vaulted central room that opens to a sleeping loft, and a private queen bedroom in the back. Enjoy the unparalleled view from an 8' x 32' covered deck with a log swing, a log rockers and picnic table. The cabin & home are located 1 mile up a maintained gravel road behind a locked gate so you are assured privacy and security. Any car can drive the road (4WD is NOT needed), but motorcyclists should trailer bikes up the mountain. In the unlikely event of winter weather, we will plow the road with our tractor or pick you up in our AWD vehicle. Snow rarely stays on the road for more than a day. We happily welcome well-behaved pets. The pet fee of $20 per pet may be paid in cash during your stay or we can bill you through VRBO. It is nestled in Happy Valley, near the Abrams Creek Campground entrance to the National Park. “On Gold Pond” is located about 15 miles away on top of Chilhowee Mtn. It is tucked away on a lovely pond. We co-host several cabins in Townsend: “2BR/2Ba with Beautiful View” sits at the base of Rich Mountain. It is conveniently located in the valley area on a paved road. It’s ideal for guests who prefer to avoid steep drives or I paved roads. Michael & Sherri, owners. Guest access Amenities include Direct TV, high-speed wi-fi, plenty of parking plenty of cars and room for those towing trailers, linens, several kayaks with paddle gear (please prepare to transport the kayaks if you plan to use them), outdoor games, a frisbee golf goal & discs, and an outdoor firepit complete with marshmallow roasting sticks and free firewood. We stock the cabin with essentials such as seasonings, oil, sugar, coffee, powdered coffee creamer. There are no grocery stores or restaurants nearby. Plan to pick up groceries before you arrive. Grocery stores and restaurants are located in Maryville (35 min, 2 Superwalmarts, huge Kroger Marketplace, numerous other large grocery stores, numerous restaurants), Townsend (35 min, one IGA grocery market, a Dollar General, and 8-10 restaurants in season, 3-4 restaurants in winter), Vonore (20 min, Sloan's gas, fishing bait, few restaurants, and Madisonville (40 min, Superwalmart, few other grocery markets, a number of restaurants). You are the ONLY guests in the cabin. There are no other cabins or homes nearby except ours which is about 300 feet up the hill from the guest cabin. We are blessed to have a view of nothing but nature--in every direction :) None of that log-cabin-on-top-of-the-next-cabin like the big rental complexes. Check in anytime after 4 pm. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the terms in our listing. MAJOR CLEANLINESS CONCERNS • Typically, preparing the cabin for the next guest requires 3-4 hrs. Guests who leave the cabin in particularly unacceptable condition may be charged an additional cleaning fee of $50/hr plus cleaner’s mileage in addition to the cost of any rental or purchase of cleaning equipment & supplies required to remedy the issues. • Strong odors will incur the additional cleaning fees noted above • Guests are responsible for replacement/cleaning costs of damaged items. Items that require replacement will be charged at the cost of a NEW same/similar item. Even if VRBO depreciates the item due to its age, you agree to pay for a NEW item. We agree to fairly represent replacement costs and to attempt to replace an item at a reasonable price as much as possible. • Should guests leave such a mess or damage that we are unable to accommodate our next booking, additional fees (beyond cleaning fee noted above) include reimbursement for any cancellation or rebooking fees we might incur due to being unable to accommodate the next guest(s), the cost to place the next guest(s) in another location, reimbursement for other costs we might incur for the closure, plus up to $200/day per 24 hrs of closure. Any insurance payment/reimbursement we receive related to the mess/damage will not reduce the amount owed. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS • Anyone not counted/included on a reservation is an Unauthorized Guest. Make sure to include children in the reservation. • Guests who make a reservation must provide VRBO a government ID and be one of the guests staying (no third-party bookings). We may request to see your ID. • You are welcome to request changes to the number of guests if needed. Fees will be adjusted up or down at our standard extra person rates as long as you let us know before your stay. • If you bring more people than our stated maximum occupancy, each extra person is $100 per person, per night, for the entire length of the booking, regardless of how long the person remains on our property. These guests remain Unauthorized Guests and we can ask VRBO to charge you for these guests even if you don’t agree to the charges. If you bring Unauthorized Guests, everyone may be asked to vacate the property immediately, or at any time during a reservation, with no refunds for any remaining nights. PARKING • Park vehicles at the cabin deck • Do not park any vehicles below the fire pit • Do not block the road or the entrance to the adjacent land owner’s property (below the fire pit) SMOKING • No smoking or vaping indoors • If you smoke or vape outdoors, close nearby doors and windows to avoid smoke smells inside the cabin. • Extinguish and dispose of butts properly • No marijuana usage (illegal in TN) • Many guests are sensitive to smoke. Take care to avoid bringing in smoky smells on clothing or personal items • Smoky or inhaled substance smells will incur a minimum $250 fee, in addition to cleaning or closure fees CHECK OUT • Check out is 10 am SHARP • Late fees are $100 per 30 minutes past 10 am • Our cleaners live as much as an hour away. We cannot call last minute to tell them a guest is running late. They have already left home, arranged for childcare and are awaiting your prompt departure. We have 6 hours to clean multiple cabins scattered over 30 miles. A guest who checks out late is a huge problem for us. We compensate our cleaners when they are sitting waiting on your departure. CHECK IN • Check in is anytime AFTER 4 pm • NO early check in. Happy Valley Chalet is a beautiful 2 story home on 35 acres of tranquility. There are 3 separate outdoor spaces to enjoy. A large open deck overlooking a winding mountain stream, (a perfect place for star gazing), a screened in porch with a ceiling fan for those lazy afternoons and a patio . There is a built-in garage for your sports equipment; kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, and motorcycles (room for approximately 8 motorcycles). There is an outside fire ring next to the wandering stream for your enjoyment and marsh mellows. There is also a charcoal barbecue available for all you barbecue chefs. NO animals allowed under any circumstances I am sorry Happy Valley Chalet is Not suitable for young children or infants. We have 2 bedrooms upstairs; 1 with a king bed, 1 with 2 queen beds, a futon in the living room and a sleeper sofa that makes into a double bed. Down stairs has a bedroom with a queen size bed, 2 twin beds in an alcove and a queen size sleeper sofa. The house has a gourmet kitchen, internet, satellite TV, Foosball table, ping pong table and a DVD player. There are several walking trails on the property as well. THERE IS NO CELL SERVICE IN HAPPY VALLEY. BUT THERE IS INTERNET AND ONCE YOU CONNECT WITH YOUR SMARTPHONE YOU CAN TEXT. THERE IS ALSO A LAND PHONE LINE .Also the internet at Happy Valley is Limited to emails . A $200 fully refundable damage fee will be applied. There is A Jacuzzi on property . My covid 19 Cleaning routine I never do back-to-back rentals I always wait at least 48 hours. I use pure Rubbing alcohol on Frequent touched places Door knobs, light switches ,frigerator handle ,TV Remotes etc.... General cleaning I use a CDC approved Disinfectant. Unfortunately we have had several large groups not follow the House Rules and disrespect the property. Happy Valley chalet is NOT a PARTY HOUSE! So if you're wanting to consume an extremely large amount of alcohol please pick another location. Happy Valley is not suited for children so therefore NO CHILDREN are allowed It also needs to be noted that we do have wild animals in the area including bear. If you think you would enjoy staying in a cottage in the forest , which is like camping in a air conditioned/Heated house rather than a tent, this is the property for you. If you prefer to stay in a cabin subdivision where the view is the roof of the cabin next door than Gatlinburg has many options like that. The driveway up is steep, but it is paved all the way up and easily accessable by any vehicle. This home is located 1/4 mile off the county road on top of the mountain and the mountain top setting is invigorating and well worth the trip up! We are about 30 miles and 45 minute drive to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge and one mountain outside the great Smoky Mountain National Park. Abrams creek park entrance is 15 minutes away. The dragon is 16 minutes away. Great place to stay! Relaxation for the soul.

Take a rest at the pergola where the private hollow opens up to a Chilhowee Mountain view. The 1/3 mile driveway is paved making our home the perfect get-a-way for bikers and sports car enthusiasts visiting our area to drive our scenic winding roads.

Smoky Mountain Hideaway is an open concept 4 bedroom log cabin in a very private setting on the south side of Chilhowee Mountain. Located about a half mile from the Smoky Mountain National Park, the views of the mountains from the expansive front porches are spectacular! We are 5 minutes from great hiking trails inside the Park and fly fishing along Abrams Creek . It's only 10-15 minutes to the Tail of Dragon, the Foothills Parkway and the Look Rock observation tower. The cabin sleeps 10 comfortably and has 3 full baths. It has 160 feet of covered porches facing the mountains. A fully paved driveway and two car garage make it ideal for riding the Tail of the Dragon and the Foothills Parkway. With 3,200 square feet of living space, it offers plenty of privacy. The large gourmet kitchen is fully outfitted, except for food. After a hard day of sightseeing or riding the Dragon you can kick back and watch your favorite shows or movies on the LED televisions with YouTube TV, Netflix, and Hulu, or DVD's. Or just sit on the fully covered full-length porch, listen to the whippoorwills, coyotes and Mill Creek while you watch the gorgeous mountain sunsets. We also have an awesome natural stone fire ring up behind the cabin for an evening of S'mores or story telling. Although it is not ADA compliant, the main floor of the house is easily accessible for people with limited mobility. The driveway, garage and main floor of the house are on the same level with no steps. We have a liberal cancellation policy with no additional cleaning or owner's fees. No pets and no smoking allowed inside the house.

The Diamond 'B' cabin is located 12 miles South of Maryville Tennessee and 12 miles from the start of the "Tail of the Dragon" . We are located on the West (Peaceful) side of the Smoky Mountains. The cabin is just a half mile off of TN Highway 72 about two miles from where 72 intersects US 129 - Pumpkin Center. It's a great location for biker enthusiasts & sports car enthusiasts or folks just looking for a get-a-way to a peaceful relaxing cabin. Location is just a few miles from the Foothills Parkway, the US 129 "Dragon" Harley Davidson outpost and the infamous 'Tail of the Dragon'. Twenty-four miles from Deals Gap Motorcycle Resort. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are both about an hour away. Just one bedroom but very spacious with a gorgeous well equipped kitchen with a bar that overlooks a nice sized living room. Sleeps 6 comfortably. The cabin has many great features. It is a one bedroom with two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a Jenn-Air range that allows for grilling indoors, a microwave oven and built-in dishwasher. Two decks for you to kick back a relax and enjoy the outdoors. You'll also find a washer and dryer and boot/glove dryers in case you happen to get caught in the rain. Several games and videos for any downtime you may have. Located just off highway 72 on 3 acres of ground on a quiet paved road. Only a few miles from the start of the 'Tail of the Dragon' and several other great rides located on the outskirts of the Great Smokey Mountains. On Wilson Pond is a cozy cabin situated off the path on 5 acres of East TN mountain. Nestled between historic Maryville, TN and the foothills of Smoky Mountains Nat'l Park, the 990 sq. foot cabin can sleep up to 6. Remodeled in May 2018, the unique getaway features fresh paint, as well as, new carpet and furniture. The fire pit, seasonal creek and pond provide a relaxing background and set the tone for a peaceful getaway. For your convenience, there is a full kitchen and washer/dryer. On Wilson Pond is located within 10 miles of the Dragon's Tail and within 30 minutes of Smoky Mountain National Park. One unit is upstairs and the other unit is downstairs. There's soundproofing between the walls and the flooring for privacy. This listing is for the upstairs unit of 1400 sq. ft. which includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and large fully stocked kitchen, a private 15 X 50 veranda, private entrance, private parking and self check in/out. This property is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. The downstairs unit is the owner's private residence and is off limits to guests. Also the lower yard area beside the house is off limits to guests. We are sitting on a mountain top at about 2500 ft. elevation and we're viewing mountains that are a little over 6000 ft. elevation. There's a 2 lane county road that brings you up/down the mountain. Hundreds of people use the road every day so it's safe but curvy and steep. It's 10 miles to a real grocery store and 5 miles to a Dollar General. Bring groceries with you. Hot tub - We have our new Hot Springs Jetsetter LX! You will love it!! It's not like those bath tub type of hot tubs! These jets will massage your entire body by switching seats! We require a brief meet and greet with each reservation and go over how to open/close and operate the hot tub before use. ABSOLUTELY NO OILS, NO SOAPS, OR ANYTHING ELSE IS TO BE ADDED TO THE WATER!!! We sanitize and fill the tub with fresh water for each reservation. Kitchen - Kitchen-aid ceramic top stove with convection oven, new stainless full size refrigerator, new stainless dishwasher, new stainless microwave. plenty of cabinet space, double sinks, coffee maker, tea pot, crock pot, toaster, dishes and silverware and much more. Bedrooms - King size bed, 2 night stands. It has an en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a large 2 seat walk in shower. It's also has a 42" flat screen TV and DirecTV. The second bedroom has queen bed, night stand and 50" TV with DirecTV. This bedroom shares a bathroom with your guests in the third bedroom if any and it has a tub/shower, toilet and single vanity. Third bedroom has double bed, night stand, dresser and TV/DVD with DVD's. This bedroom shares the bathroom with with your guests in the second bedroom if any. Linens – All linens are provided. We provide sheets/blankets/pillows/towels. Extra blankets and pillows are in each bedroom closet. If extra items are used please leave them out so that they can be washed for our next guest. We have a “Corn Hole” game for the veranda. Please take back inside when finished. There are a few other board games to play. No Smoking – Smoking is allowed outside only. Absolutely NO smoking indoors. Ash trays are provided for your use. Please do not throw butts in the yard or off the deck/patio. Parking – There's a 20 X 18 concrete apron in front of the garage for guests to park on. Well Head - We're on well water but we have a whole house water filter system plus a water softener. The wellhead is sitting in the grass on the left beside the concrete garage apron. It has a planter on top of it. Please park on the concrete apron away from the wellhead. Cell service – US Cellular gets a signal but Verizon does not. Guests that can use Wi-Fi to make calls. Internet - We provide wireless unlimited internet for our guests. Washer and Dryer - Down the hall on the left. You provide laundry detergents. HEAT/AIR – We set the thermostat at 68-70 degrees. If you're uncomfortable please let us know. We can adjust the temperature by phone. Pease keep doors and windows closed at all times. For security purposes video cameras are on the outside of the property. NO cameras are inside the home. We never review any of them unless there's a problem. They are there to keep an eye on my 2 dogs who stay on the front porch between guests. The area is popular with motor cycle enthusiasts, who drive “The Dragon” which is famous for its 318 curves in 11 miles. Bikers are welcome. Gatlinburg is a winter wonderland! Snow ski Ober Gatlinburg which currently has 10" of snow base or enjoy other activities they offer such as ice skating, snowboarding or snow tubing. Drive on up and visit Harrah's Cherokee Casino. You might get lucky! Look Rock - Located on the scenic Foothills Parkway, Look Rock is a natural observation ledge overlooking the park. An easy 1/2 mile hike leads to the observation tower which provides a spectacular 360-degree panoramic view of the mountains. The Foothills Parkway is not as busy as other roads in the park, so this is a great place to get away from the crowds and traffic, especially during the peak fall leaf color viewing times in October. The Parkway is 20 miles long with many scenic pull-offs. Look Rock is at the highest point along the Parkway. The National Park Service maintains a picnic area and a campground at Look Rock. There's plenty of activity to do here or just sit on the veranda and relax!

Downstairs the basement has a separate entrance and is rustic with sitting area, concrete floors, 2 full/Futons already made with extra padding, 1 bath, and a partial kitchen.

Welcome to the Cozy Cabin! We are on 6 wooded acres featuring 3bdr/2bath. Sleeps up to 13, but 8 is most comfortable. 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 full bed with pull out twin. We also have a queen & twin air mattresses, and a pack and play. 2 Full baths, kitchen, living room, game room, and an outside grill. We are located by many attractions (e.g. 20 minutes to the Tail of The Dragon). We are in a rural area, so this is a great place to get away from your busy every day life. The cabin also has books, movies, cards, board games, kids toys, and an air hockey/ping pong table. We also have a lighted bag set (corn hole). We have young children, and dread feeling like we need to take the house with us when we travel. We have a hiking stroller, bumbo highchair, and a pack and play onsite. You're welcome to use it, and pack a little lighter. ;) The driveway is steep (we tell our kids to put their hands up on the way down - and say wee!). It is concrete paved, and not gravel. Motorcycles and vehicles make up with no issue. The only concern will be extended trailers. If you have a trailer, there are options of parking it close to the cabin. There is a flat surface at the top for parking, in addition to a 2.5 car garage. You will have cell coverage at the cabin, but it may be spotty until you're up the driveway. We are working on wifi, but options are limited, since we are a rural area. Thankfully we've had no issues using our cell phone as a hotspot. We look forward to hosting you!

Adorable tiny A-frame nestled in a private lake community just off the scenic Foothills Parkway. Perfect retreat for couples to explore the raw beauty of the Smoky Mountains. Fish, swim, kayak or paddle board on our private lake (no motor boats allowed) - or just relax on the covered deck. Perfectly located for hiking, biking, and scenic drives. 40 min from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Our community is peaceful and quiet, it is not a resort. The lake is private, members and guests only. The space Comfortable and nicely decorated little A- frame in a canopy of trees. Things to note: The spiral staircase is narrow which makes the home unsuitable for children. There are stairs on either side of the exterior - from the driveway and to the lake. Those with limited mobility may find them a challenge. The bathroom is tiny, stand up shower, no tub. There is no laundry on the premises. Guest access You will have the whole house to yourself. Access to lake will be the use of our private dock, shared dock, or community "beach" area. We live next door but don't worry, other than exchanging keys you may only see us is passing. Other things to note This is a real getaway, no fast food, cable tv, pizza delivery, or outlet malls. This is the way our family does vacations and we know others do too! There is not a landline! Check your cell service for coverage in the area. U.S. Cellular works best. The house is under the canopy of a giant oak. When acorns hit the metal roof you will hear them. Nice and well maintain neighborhood, safe and secure. The land space is 2 acres, so it is ideal for events or party. This house is perfect if you want to relaxe and get away from a busy lifestyle or to host a family get together. It also has a hot tub for your pleasure.

You are renting the entire lower portion of our basement rancher. You will have a separate driveway and entrance, and even your own outdoor porch area. We are only 45 minutes from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood, 35 minutes from Townsend, and an hour and 15 minutes from Cade's Cove. If you like the mountains, we have a mountain view and we are only 5 minutes from Hwy. 129 that goes to the Dragon's Tail. We are located only 20 minutes away from TYS airport. There is one bedroom (queen bed), one full bath, a fully functional kitchen, a large living area, and even a small laundry room with washer & dryer. There is a nice queen hide-a-bed, and a queen air mattress available as well for larger groups. A seventh person could sleep on the couch if needed. (We live in the upstairs portion of the house, but there are no kids or pets.)

Our beautiful lodge is located in the Foothills of the Great Smokey Mountains and offers a country setting with mountain view just a few miles from Lake Tellico and near The Dragon. The Lodge accommodates up to six guests. The lower level rental has a private entrance with a large outdoor patio area and firepit area with comfortable seating for guests. There is a large private backyard overlooking wooded area where you will probably see a few deer during your stay. Enjoy high speed internet and high end cable with dish network. There are 3 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a large side by side fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and small convection oven. We provide plates, cups, and silverware as well as breakfast/snack items and pots and pans for cooking. The Lodge has a very large cement driveway with an additional gravel parking area great for parking boats and motorcycle trailers. There is also a detached garage that we allow guests with motorcycles to keep them enclosed in the garage which can be arranged when booking. No additional cleaning fees are charged for your stay at The Conner Lodge. The Lodge is about 30 minutes from Townsend and within an hour of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Fort Loudon Damn is about 15 minutes away which has some of the best fishing around this area.

There is also a queen pull out couch located in the sunroom and s double bed and single cot in the den downstairs. The sun room has a large dining table and 3 couches that make for a great TV room and has amazing mountain views. From the sunroom is access to the private 18'x36' pool.
